Windows vaesion pspp-20160922-daily-64bits-setup build lacks libreadline6.dll

Hi,

I tried to install new PSPP build on Windows7 64-bit.

When I use command to call PSPP,

 Windows complained there is no libreadline6.dll library.

I have checked the current stable release 0.10.2 and

 it includes the library.

Maybe developers miss to include the library in this daily build.

Hope one can add it back.
