Thanks Peter.

I've built qemu on this branch and tried to run it with my
AArch64 Big Endian binaries but still get same error:
"qemu: fatal: Trying to execute code outside RAM or
ROM at 0x00007fe60d8e0a30"

So it looks like (unfortunately) these patches do not enable
AArch64 BE support
