Yes you can install, but you won't be able to launch any system due to 
some bugs in the port. If you want to have a look to it or want to 
merge the code to the qemu main tree, you can see it on the 
OpenDarwin.org cvs:
http://cvs.opendarwin.org/index.cgi/projects/darwine/related/qemu/
