I've got a debian ARM install running in a chroot jail on my Athlon. I
compiled a static version of qemu-arm and used the binfmt_misc stuff to
get it working. You'll need to put qemu-arm inside the chroot because
binfmt_misc works relative to the chroot root path. You don't need an ARM
version of chroot.
