Hi,

I found a way to delete GDB breakpoints so now it is possible to debug Linux 
with remote native GDB.  Things should be getting better soon.

New in this patch:
* Flush TBs at breakpoint exit to get rid of bogus debug ops. I'm not sure 
if it's the right fix but it works for me.
* FDC: cleaner fix for nonexisting DMA functions
* Added #ifdefs around MMU dump and probe ops
