Tough, since not many of the patches are in CVS as of yet.

This is what I did:
- Apply the 3 softmmu patches
- Apply the PPC host specific addon patch
- Replace all of "struct siginfo *" by "siginfo_t *"
- Fix the assembly to Apple cctool syntax in mmu_map_templ.h
  as in the attached file

Once I have sorted out out all the current troubles with my
gfs' iBook (poweradapter defect and thus borrowed from my
second PowerBook that runs Linux, display troubles) I shall
test that the syntax also works for GNU binutils or create
another patch with different asm for both.
