No. Remap is needed:

$ uname -m; echo -e '#include <fcntl.h>\nF_GETLK64' | cpp | tail -1

$ uname -m; echo -e '#include <fcntl.h>\nF_GETLK64' | cpp | tail -1

Same for F_SETLK64 and F_SETLKW64.
