It is obviously for the current team to decide who they trust, and I
won't be offended if that turns out not to be me.  I was offering -
because Jamie suggested that there was a lack of willing volunteers -
and certainly not demanding.

But I do think it is important that we have _some_ new committer(s)
who are keen to do the kind of routine patch review and inclusion,
which is sadly currently not getting the necessary prompt attention.
