Bug description:
The vvfat directory in the guest os only synces up with the host when qemu is 
shutdown and started again. Running sync on the host does not help.  Also, I 
can't cd into the vvfat directory; although, I can read from it.

I start qemu using the following line in a bash script:
qemu -hda /home/davekong/.freedos/c.hd -hdb fat:/home/davekong/code/assembly

Host: Arch Linux; kernel 2.6.33-ARCH
Guest: FreeDOS 1.0.0 full, but without drivers installed
