Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH] Fix commandline handling for ARM semihosted executables, on Linux and BSD hosts

This reuses the commandline copy setup in user space by
loader_build_argptr()
and fixes https://bugs.launchpad.net/qemu/+bug/673613 .
