Ah, true, I wasn't thinking about it fully. I figured having qemu-kvm be a
wrapper script that passed -qemu-kvm-compat would cover us, but in Fedora 18
even qemu-system-x86_64 uses the qemu-kvm migration format, so we will always
want the configure option.
