Thanks for your reply.

I have test the latest version of 
qemu.git/master(commit:9196dd411d580c27f85daa209ff9a501d719ebc0,2013-04-06). 
But, this problem still exists.

This problem appears after the commit(500f0061d628b52220038939728f0d7aee634468, 
Use qemu_put_buffer_async for guest memory pages).
But I'm not sure why this commit cause this problem.

I simplified the qemu-kvm command to the below:
qemu-system-x86_64 --enable-kvm -m 1024 -smp 2 -boot c -drive 
file=/home/test/winxp.qcow2,
                   if=virtio,index=0,format=qcow2 -monitor stdio -vnc 
186.100.8.131:1
