It is using the ARMARM03.exe binary built in this folder:
https://github.com/pranith/qemu/tree/fence_v4_litmus/tests/tcg/mttcg/aarch64
The command line is:
$ qemu-aarch64 ./ARMARM03.exe -q
The error is not deterministic. You have to run it multiple times to
see the error.
