[Qemu-devel] [PULL 04/22] iommu: Remove FIXME comment about user_creatable=true

[Eduardo Habkost]

amd-iommu and intel-iommu are really meant to be used with
-device, so they need user_creatable=true. Remove the FIXME
comment.
