Subject: [Qemu-devel] [PATCH v5 12/12] display: convert XenInput keyboard to keycodemapdb

Replace the scancode2linux table with an automatically
generated table. In doing so, the XenFB keyboard
handler is also converted to the modern InputEvent
framework.
