Hmmm that's true (and probably something that I introduced when switching over
to
qdev). I'll remove the return from the next revision, and update the comments
to be
more consistent.

AFAICT the nubus devices are addressed directly from the bus, so effectively
what
this is doing is defining the default bus behaviour when a device isn't
present. Note
that a separate memory region container for each slot range is created as part
of the
NubusDevice realize function so each "plugged" slot is represented clearly in
the
"info mtree" output.
