This is starting to get repetitive, perhaps:

  obj-$(CONFIG_HAX) += hax-posix.o
  endif
  ifdef CONFIG_WIN32

  endif

Would be better?

In fact looking at my config-host.mak we have a CONFIG_POSIX so you
could use that.
