If it still exists in the current version:

On the qemu command line, use the "smb=" option to the -net user or
-netdev user command line option then inside Windows, map the virtual
smb file shareas drive D: (see instructions in the qemu-system manpage).

If you are not using the "usermode networking" technique and don't want
to add an extra virtual network card, you could configure your regular
SAMBA server on the host to share that directory under a specific name
then connect to it from inside the Windows guest.
