[Qemu-ppc] pSeries target

Hi,

I'm trying to use the pSeries target with QEMU 1.1.
I run
qemu-system-ppc64 -M pseries -cpu POWER7_v2.3 -m 512 -device 
scsi-cd,scsi-cd.drive=/home/folkert/CD51025.iso
but it complains:

What am I doing wrong?

I noticed the pseries target is not in 1.2.50 from git (pulled
yesterday).
