By the way, the best way that I found to keep track of unread questions,
answers and comments is to subscribe to the RSS feed:
http://ranger.carina.uberspace.de/qa/feed/activity.rss
I also added the "All Activity" page that shows everything that happens,
sorted by date (or so it seems).
