[RP] one problem i've been having

Has anyone noticed that sometimes when you're messing around with the
panes that you can end up with one area that used to be a pane just a
blank part of the screen that you can't put anything in or access? it's
somewhat annoying when it happens...  it's happened a few times, but only
pretty rarely.
