[RP] updated clickframe.pl

hi,
the current cvs-version of contrib/clickframe.pl does not work. it seams that 
the output of the fdump command changed. i updated the script and added 
multi-head support which makes it necessary to use the sfdump command.
additionally i updated the patch that it works with xbindkeys-1.7.2 without 
manual interaction :)
