[rdiff-backup-users] previous errors

Hi People,

I am using 0.10.1 and backing up some files mounted on linux using
smbfs.
Now sometimes these files are in use for one reason or another - I am
wondering about the message I get which is something like:
skipping file due to previous error.
Will subsequent backups also skip this file or does it just skip once?
Or - can I get it to retry all files again?
The only way I can see is to start again completely - --force doesn't
seem to help either.
