hello,
I am new to rdiff-backup and I have the following question: for some
machines I want to backup I already have backups of all the
files, either on tape or a simple copy. Can I use this as a starting
point for a rdiff-backup, so I won't have to copy everything again?
Or would be the best solution to do something like this:
rdiff-backup theoldbackup newbackup
rdiff-backup remotemachine::/ newbackup
thanks for any help,
christof
