after it ask me for my passphrase and after all of that i do:

ssh -p <port_number> localhost ... and i am connecting in.

just stick it in a script.
instead of the second ssh -p bit, use a .ssh_config.
look on the unattended rdiff-backup page.
its linked off the main site and appended on the wiki
