[remotecontrol] [Remotecontrol] Proposed upgrade of the home page

Hello,

I am a member of the gnu.org French translation team [0], and also try
to update obsolete features in web pages to make future style
improvement easier. The home page of Remotecontrol [1] has a translation
list below the navigation bar; I propose to upgrade it to the latest
boilerplate [2]. This would give the opportunity to fix a few XHTML
errors. A diff is attached.
