[Ring] Migrating account required, but already migrated?

Hi, I am using Ring Beta 2 with the gnome-ring client on Fedora
Release 24.

When I start Ring, it tells me that I need to migrate my account.
However, I have already done this in the past. Every time I try to
do it again, it just gives me the message:

"Migrating account...", then "Failed to migrate account. Try
again."

How do I proceed from here?
