I would say:
"Take the '99 bottles of beer on the wall' program you previously
wrote as an exercise for the chapter 2. You should be able to
improve it a bit now."
It seems that I am the only one who was confronted to this ``issue''
(maybe because of my illogic programmer's mind :p).
It is probably obvious for the reader.

Done. I updated Robert's Makefile, and added the .cvsignore in "en" and
"it" directories (it is useful, cvs will ignore your backup files and
your xhtml directory).
I'm now hacking a bit the stylesheets ;-)
By the way: can we delete the template directory? I think it is useless
now.
