[Rule-list] ANNOUNCE: new subproject and tasks on the project page

Hello,

I have added several subprojects/tasks to the project page. Please have a look 
and
volunteer for whatever subproject you fel more skilled and able to
help.

I will register myself (tomorrow) as coordinator for the email and
window manager ones. Of course any help is appreciated!
