As promised:

Tested only to prove it boots and installs from cd on my test box.
No guarantee that it will work for your network install. :)

The updates are the same as those for v0.7.0 so no need to download the 
updates image if you already have it. I created it to avoid confusion for 
those who don't have the updates already.
