please check (if you didn't do it already, of course) the RULE install
guide pointed from here: http://www.rule-project.org/en/docs/

and report here any bug/lack of info you find. 

Also, please register if you didn't do it, your PC here:
http://www.rule-project.org/en/test/

This will help us to test and debug both the installer and the
documentation

With respect to your specific question, on Michael's server there
should be update disks for RH 7.x, and almost all the instructions for
RH 8.x still apply. The server is pointed from the slinky/miniconda
home pages, reachable from here http://www.rule-project.org/en/sw/
