Hi Michael,
first of all, again many thanks for this fast and complete reply - I
just downloaded and installed the packages (only ice) and its great!
Especialy the theme "win95" is exactly what I was looking for. I will
now forward this news to my collegues who have to train the people there
- I think they will be happy :-)

There is a small cosmetical error in two packages: 
> icewm-l10n-1.2.7-2RULErh8.0.i386.rpm
> icewm-themes-1.2.7-2RULErh8.0.i386.rpm
user mfratoni does not exist
group mfratoni does not exist
