Samizdat 0.5.0 RC2 in CVS

Since no easy solution to the MSIE CSS bug is to be found, there is no
much sense in further delaying Samizdat 0.5.0 RC2.

Improvements in RC2 over RC1:
- demo site deployed
- mass-message stress test implemented
- Pingback client implemented
- multimedia upload outside document root is fixed

Remaining issues:
- focus table is rendered incorrectly in MSIE, fix requires complex and
  ugly work-around at HTML level which is not acceptable

This is your last chance to get your changes into the upcoming release,
if no major issues are found in this version before the end of November,
it will become 0.5.0 final.
