[Savannah-cvs] [SavaneBranch] describe Savannah-specific branch

We need a Savane branch for Savannah-specific changes, for example the 
GPLv2->GPLv3 upgrade feature (we could make a generic framework for license 
upgrades but that's a lot of work for something we needed once and quickly).

The branch is a Git branch stored in the adminstration.git repository, under 
the 'savannah' branch name.

The cloned repository at /vservers/savannah/var/www/savane-test is configured 
(.git/config) to pull (fetch&merge) from the savane-cleanup.git repository, and 
has a 'administration' shortcut to pull changes to:

Update repository to the latest version::

 git pull

Save changes::

 git push administration
