AFAICT this item still needs action from the sysadmins.
As per the last message from Sylvain, anything needed from our
(web-translators) and his (sv-hackers) part is done.
(Not that I'm pressing too much; I'd wish that translation teams
should not be allowed to have web pages -- but it would be nice to
complete this item, as this would allow us to delete some serous
clutter as /chinese, /wwwes, /etc. in the `www' repository.)
