There were significant changes in the build system, but the
installation process is not completely updated yet (in particular, the
initial configuration).

Initially the .php configuration was derived from the .pl
configuration, but I think we should do that differently now.
(feel free to fix and improve :))

This looks like a bug :/

During the changes I mentioned, I did my best to introduce good
default values for the configuration parameters. (Previously you had
to answer 20 questions before the installation, and it was tedious.)

As a result, the disk image only uses the default configuration and
thus does not need .savane.conf.php :)
