Package: Portuguese gnu.org Web Site

This project will store some files for helping the translation of gnu.org and 
the Brave GNU World to Portuguese, like dictionaries for common words, 
expressions, jargon and project / software names (so all translated pages get 
consistent with each other) and some shell or perl scritpts to help the 
maintenance of the translated pages.

Besides, we want to use mailing lists so the volunteers (translators and 
proofreaders) communicate more effectively.
