    GNU Project Registration

Please make it say "Savannah Project Registration".

If your Free Software project is already a GNU package, you must ask all
the people who have a CVS write access on it to register themselves,
otherwise they will be denied CVS write access once you have finished
the registration of the project. They will be able to register and be
granted CVS write access to the project afterward but some of them may
find inconvenient to be excluded in the meantime.

This text seems to assume that the package is already hosted on
subversions. In paticular, "Denied CVS write access" seems to assume
that.

All packages on subversions are already registered in Savannah, right?
If so, the case this text is written for will never happen again.
This text needs to be replaced with something new which addresses the
present situation: registering a GNU package which has never been
hosted on subversions before.

Would you please try to write something suitable?

If your Free Software project is not an official GNU package, it will be
    discussed by address@hidden

I am not sure what that means, but I think it should say this:

If your Free Software project is not an official GNU package, and you
would like to make it one, please send mail to address@hidden and we'll
    discuss the possibility with you.

More generally: it is absolutely essential that pages on Savannah be
written in good, clear, unambiguous English. I appreciate that it is
hard to learn to do this in a foreign language, but we simply cannot
afford to have anything less in these pages. We need a native speaker
to finish them.
