        Modules depend on basic file system user/group
permissions. Therefore having a directory/file with 2 groups is not
possible (one with write, the other with read). Denying anonymous
access is possible by denying access to "others".

        There could be a single user having write access, the group
with read access and other with no access. This is possible with the
current setup (only need one manual operation after the repository is
created by the automated procedure). All write access will have to go
thru a single user, there will not be any way to say who did what, all
people will have to share the same user password.
