        At present it is recommended to the maintainer of GNU package
to create this bug- list (in the mail she/he recieves when the package
is dubbed). Savannah makes it easier for him to do it and this is an
improvement (no need to interact with a human being ;-).  It would be
even better if the list was created automatically but I don't see this
as an absolute priority. This could be added as a task so that it's
not forgotten and handled later.
