There was some code for doing GNATS administration via a web interface
on the GNATS mailing list, they are clearing up the licensing issues,
and it will be distributed in the "contrib" directory.
Also, GNATS 4 is closer and closer to be released, I am following the
development closely and I will continue reporting.
