DNArchitect is a software program designed to automate and simplify analysis of
molecular biology sequences. It will be similar to the popular closed-source
program \"DNA Strider\" available on MacOS.
DNArchitect will allow to manipulate DNA, RNA and protein sequences, allow
manual and automated sequence annotations, draw graphical maps and restriction
maps, and do pairwise and multiple alignments. It will also be capable of
retreaving sequences from Internet sequence databases and recognising popular
file formats.
This program is intended to be multi-OS.
