My project does statistical modelisations thanks neuronal technics like 
multilayer perceptrons or kohonen maps.
These software will be under GPL and presented as \"R\" packages. 
(\"R\" is a GPL\'ed clone of S-plus)
It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
