        It can be done by the admin (Edit Public Info menu in the
project admin menu). I did it for you, see
https://savannah.gnu.org/mail/?group_id=23. You can either create new
lists or bind existing lists to the project (binding is completely
harmless, it is just adding a pointer to say that this list is related
to this project).
