My project get the quote of a french stock and send mail to a list of mail 
adress to inform that the quote has reached a maximal value or a minimal value.
This project is in C, and need a CRON and a BASH, so it will work only on UNIX 
or LINUX systems.
It can connect to the internet through a proxy. It uses http_proxy ENV value.
