I've created the project "bash" in Savannah. There is no need for a separate
project for the Web pages, since the project already includes that feature
plus CVS and more (you can de-activated yourself any features do not want to
use currently). Your project's page in Saavannah:
https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/bash
will allow you to administer it, and if you follow the CVS link, you will see
the details of where to put your web pages and source-code repository.
