[Savannah-hackers] Savannah upgrade from stable to testing

        Hi,

        For the record, I made an exact copy of the current savannah
machine on my laptop and on the /dev/hdc disk (unused) of
savannah.gnu.org.

        In case something goes wrong, we will be able to switch back
to the current stable configuration in a relatively painless way.
