Could someone please fix the fucking web interface so that I can
fucking remember how to fucking approve a project with the admin
account with a better success rate than ten minutes of fucking
wandering through web pages and not stumbling across the right URL?

At least before savannah, an experienced sysadmin was likely to know
how to add a new project without having to learn about the unique
method by which only GNU and sourceforge manage repositories which
isn't even documented anywhere.

(The fact that I've approved projects before and can't remember the
magic URL demonstrates even more how problematic this is.)
