This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

DAHU (Dahu is Another Homepage Utility) will provide to technical person (not 
end user at first step) one tool for making  homepages, this words will be 
describe the project:
- fully modular (code and look)
- free from HTTP client and hardware (like TV friendly, Imode, wap, etc)
- state of the art technology (SVG, XML, schema, etc)
- compatible with existing and standard tools (templates from well knowm 
wysiwyg editors)
near future:
- free from plateform and prod language

The project is started in PHP and will be ported to another OO language like 
Python, Perl, JAVA servlet.
