This package does NOT want to apply for inclusion in the GNU project

This project is to create an online test package planned to implement in PHP 
and uses an XML based database for storing test questions and answer sheets. 
This package allows cosmetic customization. Support \"categories\" and multiple 
tests on each category. Questions can be optionally displayed at random or 
sequentially.

It does not exist yet but I\'m working on it.
